According to your very well-sourced profile, her baptismal record shows that her last name at birth was Nilsdatter.  Ideally, the profile would have been created with that name, not Nelson, but perhaps this wasn't known at the time the profile was created.  You can change the LNAB to Nilsdatter.  Otherwise, do as you asked about and include it as an Other Last Name.

Good job on the profile!

Kerry is correct--you should change the LNAB to Nilsdatter, her patronym. Julson would be her Current Last Name. See the Names section of the Project Norway FAQ for more info on Norwegian names.

The "Nilsson" most likely came from an automatically transcribed database of Norwegian birth records, like the ones you'll find in FamilySearch. The programmers made the mistake of giving all children of a given father the male version (-son) of the patronym.

I would be guessing here - know a little about the Dutch name thing and if it is similar - which it looks like it might be I would put it into the other Last name field - and add to the Bio like you found it in the source -
