I need a profile (Gustin-177) linked to my grandfather Griffith-518

Question

I am trying to add my step-grandmother to the profile of my grandfather Griffith-518. However I find there is already a profile (Gustin-177) I have requested to be on the trusted list so I can link the profile to mine. Griffith-516. The request has not been authorized by the inactive (since 2013)

profile manager. How can this be addressed?

There should not be any reference to Benjamin Griffith in my question.

Go to the Family Tree and Tools tab on the Gustin profile. Scroll down and click the "Contact" tab beneath the tree. At the bottom of the contact section click the link for "Unresponsive Profile Manager Request Form" and follow the instructions.

I went to the contact tab and clicked, however it did not respond to anything. There was not a screen for the contact tab. However I did some searching and finally found the unresponsive profile manager request form. I followed the instructions and need to wait the 7 days for success. Thank you very much for helping.

Clicking the Contact tab does not open a new screen. It scrolls to the bottom of the Trees and Tools screen where the various options for contact, including the Unresponsive Managers form, are displayed. Sorry for the confusing instructions. Glad you got it sorted. :)
