Did Rebecca Wells and Ruth Tittle have the same husband, or were there two Washington Stephenses in Monroe County, Ohio?

Rebecca Wells (b. abt 1808, Pennsylvania) and Washington Stevens (b. abt 1811) had 6 children and in 1850 were living in Seneca Township in Monroe County, Ohio. (Census record)

In 1870, a Washington Stephens married Ruth Tittle in Monroe County. (Marriage record affidavit) In 1880, they were living in Millwood, Ohio. (Census index)

From a FAN Club approach, I also find it interesting that in the 1870 census, Rebecca's daughter Nancy Stephens Morris has a hired hand living with her named Andrew Baker - who is the same age as Ruth Tittle's second husband, Andrew Baker. (Census record)

Can someone help me find proof that these women were married to the same man, or that there were two Washington Stephenses in Monroe County during that time period?
