Can the parsing involved in GEDCOM import be suspended for _BIO tag?s

When importing a GEDCOM, many fields are used to generate a rudimentary biography.  When exporting a GEDCOM, the full Biography is inserted under the _BIO custom tag.  This means that importing a GEDCOM file that had been exported by WikiTree does not reproduce the original Biography.  The same applies to my GEDCOM that has been meticulously crafted to look like it came from WikiTree.  Is it possible to prevent this behaviour, ie to import a _BIO field without processing?  Either as a parameter, or permanently.  Given that _BIO is a custom field, it is unlikely that the normal parsing will ever be useful for it.

Example http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/White-10064 has my generated text.  http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Woodhead-111 has the result of importing similar text via a GEDCOM file.

Thanks,

Hi David,

Last week we changed the export from using _BIO to using NOTE. I'm not sure that matters regarding what you're asking.

What exactly are you asking? Whether there could be an option to not import bios? Or not export bios?

David posted a separate question as "Clarification of request". I'm posting it here so it's easier to follow in the future. I closed that other question.

Also note that this is related to the following original question:

Can there be an import option (or a default) for material under a _BIO tag to go directly into the persons Biography, without the normal addition of headings, tabs etc?

If _BIO is a custom tag, it could be always taken as already wikified.  This would also mean that exporting a biography in a GEDCOM and then importing it again would get back to the same point, which it doesn't now.  Except that the recent change of _BIO to NOTE would require NOTE fields be exempted to make this happen.
