Is there a way to view a list of profiles that I adopted?

Well, I've finally reached that magic 5,000 profiles on my watchlist and have received the message that I should orphan some of them so I don't lose some technical capabilities of the website regarding the watchlist.

I plan on adding many many more profiles, so how do I determine which ones I should orphan?

My first thought is orphaning the ones created by other people that I adopted, edited once or twice, and then forgot that I even adopted them. Now I don't know which ones I created and which ones I adopted.

Is there a way to view a list of just the profiles I adopted that were previously orphaned?  Those would be the first ones to orphan to bring my number down.

Also, does anyone have suggestions on which other profiles I should orphan?  I'm not slowing down on my contributions, but I'd like to keep my watchlist manageable and technically sound.

Edit: Also, is there a way to view profiles I manage that have more than one profile manager?  That would be another good way to reduce my watchlist.

My personal plan for weeding my Watchlist is to orphan open profiles first, working from the oldest individuals forward (all of mine are for individuals born 1700 or later).

Since anyone can edit those profiles, I feel they really don't need a profile manager.

I don't believe there is any way to separate your watchlist by profiles you've created verses created by others, nor by number of managers.

Though, it may be possible to generate the data using the API scripts.

My suggestion for thinning out my Watchlist is to orphan everyone except those in my direct line.

I would not be quite so drastic.

I would orphan anyone who is not in my direct line and who is not a sibling, neice, nephew, aunt, uncle or cousin of a direct ancestor.

Anyone else I would orphan - including sadly any notable profiles I created...

But since I am not yet at the 5000 mark, I dont have to think about this - yet!!  LOL
