There are two sources but neither of them mention Elizabeth at all.  In fact one of them, the baptism of Hans Jerg (?) Haug, on 16 March 1677 has his parents as Hans Jerg Haug and Ana.

The other would appear to be the birth or baptism of Hans Jerg Haug  the son of Clas Haug and Catharina.  There don't appear to be any dates on this source so it's difficult to say who this is meant to be with any certainty.

Some people  just add any hint without looking at it. I’ll think oh they have a source I don’t have and it’s a baptism in England for someone whose family has been in US for a hundred years. Yes it’s the same name. But come on

It appears to be written in German .  You can make out the name Elizabetha and Hans Jacob Herrman, Ana Barbara.  It will not let me copy the item to show you.  It says A.O. 1078 or possibly 1678 at the top of the page.

There is also a reference to Hans Lein
