I don't see PINE GROVE MM (previously Loyalsock) in the sub-categories

It later came under the care of Muncy MM  in 1799.

I have trouble finding it. According to this page it was only a preparative meeting, which means the Muncy MM category should be used. 

There was a Pine Grove Monthly Meeting but it was in Caroline County, Maryland. (also known as Northwest Fork and later under Third Haven).
