Hi Crystal,

If you just want to CONTACT them you need to click on their name on the profile, look in the yellow box below their details and you will see a box that has a hyperlink to send a private message.

If you really want to CONNECT with them then welcome to wikitree :-) you will need to follow the registration process through to signing the honour code, start adding your tree, until you find someone who already exists on wikitree and bingo! You’re connected :-)

If, as you say, there is more than one profile for this person then I would suggest a merge of the profiles to the managers, you can do this as a member, or use the private message function to notify them of duplicate profiles if you’re not.

I make it sound easy, but when you need help just ask on here :-)

Thank You So Much for Your Response, Lizze.

I've already Joined Wikkitree. Just can't remember my Password.

I've sent Messages to Several People I am Connected to and not gotten responses, including some of the Profile Managers. I realize people are busy and have their own lives.  It's just that I would Love to Connect with more Family, No Matter how Close or Distant.

Thank You Again for Your Suggestions.

 Blessings to You and Yours.
You’re very welcome :-)

Your question showed your name as Crystal , your comments are showing as anonymous, so you are no longer logged in. If you can’t get back in try requesting a new password. This should work so long as you’ve registered your email address.

When I click on your name it just shows me IP addresses, this means somewhere you haven’t completed the registration process. Your email may have gone to spam, but you need to volunteer and sign the honour code; then you will be able to use wikitree properly :-)

Also, if you click on edit on this question, scroll to the bottom of the box and you will see where you can add tags. Add the tag ‘greeters’. While you have the edit box open maybe change your first few words to ‘hello, I’m new and need some help......’ This should bring your post to the attention of people who have the expertise to help you; I sadly don’t, yet.

Does that help at all?

I only see one profile for Simon Couch, born 1633.  He has 3 profile managers.  Just click on a link and you can send a private message to whichever one you click on.  Alternatively, you can leave a message on the profile itself if you want it to be public.

He's my eighth great-grandfather, so we are cousins!
