I use software, (AimKeys), it allows many many. I've tried over and over to get Word to do it, can't seem to get the hang of it. I'm not sure if macros in Word would work in WikiTree anyway.
Aimkeys macros, I just hit the backslash key and the one key that triggers the one I want and get
<blockquote STYLE="outline:black solid thin; height: 50px; overflow-y: scroll">This birth date is speculative, based upon <br /> </blockquote>
This let's me add 'based upon his age of 25 at his marriage' or whatever and encloses the whole thing in a square.
An alternative is to make them and save them in a Word file, keeping it handy on screen, You can pick the one you want and cut and paste it where you want it.
