Can you help me find records of Alexander Connolly born in Ireland?

I am trying to find records of Alexander Connolly said to be born 1798 in County Fermanagh. He apparently married Jane Sinclair of County Fermanagh in 1818. They had one child, Matilda Connolly, born 4 Jan 1819 in County Fermanagh before immigrating to Canada. I would like to find the birth and baptism records of Matilda as well. Can you help me with this search? I would like records on Jane Sinclair as well, if you can.

Here is census data from canada:

Alexander Connelly and Jane Sinclaire appear in the 1851 Census at St Patrice de Rawdon, Leinster Co., Canada East (aka Quebec) with John, William, Thomas, and Rachel. http://data2.collectionscanada.gc.ca/e/e093/e002305107.jpg

Matilda is enumerated on a different page, but in the same place, appearing as the wife of Wm. Ralston: http://data2.collectionscanada.gc.ca/e/e093/e002305093.jpg

Earlier census were only partly nominal - naming only heads of households but Alex appears in Census 1831 for Rawdon. http://data2.collectionscanada.gc.ca/1831/jpg/004569576_00112.jpg

He is probably the person enumerated in 1825 as Alex Colly http://data2.collectionscanada.gc.ca/1825/jpg/004569588_00288.jpg

There is a book on the Rawdon area that appears to have the Connolly family as well as mentions of the Ralstons: http://www.uptorawdon.com/book-index.html

If William Rolston and Matilda are among the families from Rawdon that settle in Simcoe County, Ontario then this is probably the relevant 1871 Census record: http://data2.collectionscanada.ca/1871/jpg/4396617_00317.jpg
