Merging is very important in WikiTree and will be much appreciated!  I see that there are several profiles for a different Daniel Swartwood (various spellings) who seem to all be brothers of themselves.

In case someone wants to take on the other Swartwood tangle, it involves Peter Swartwood (https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Swartwout-33) who has three sons named Daniel.  This might have partly come about by having two profiles for one of his wives (slightly different spellings of her maiden name, maybe)
Hi again Celia!  It might help to also use the tags 'Arborists' and 'merges' and 'merging' on your question.  Those tags can go in the same field at the bottom where you have put the family name 'swartwood'.  Those additional tags might help your question get the attention of someone who is very practiced at doing these merges.
