Some of her poems were published in 1871 - so the question is a quite reasonable one (as she would be about 30 at the time).

From a read of that book - looks like she lived on the coast, pretty far from Ohio: where this profile says she was born (on wikitree). And the book is published in London.
I would doubt it's the same person, consequently.
