How can I match my GEDMATCH number to another GEDMATCH to see if we match in my own Profiles? Also, all the males in my family are deceased, but my grandson took an Ancestry DNA test, which shows my daughter's DNA on my Profiles, and he is her son, but his does not show up, why?

Your GEDMatch ID will never match anyone elses on wikitree - because those numbers are unique.

The way to use them is on the Gedmatch website, when you compare your DNA to the DNA of another Gedmatch number.

Has your grandson entered his DNA onto his own profile here on wikitree?  Unfortunately, due to privacy concerns we are no longer permitted to enter the DNA details of someone else on Wikitree.

Each person must join Wikitree and enter their own DNA details.

Thank you so much for this answer. My daughter is Sheryl (Sanders) Bolton, her son is James Robert Garman, he is his own Profile Manager, and yes, he is on Wikitree, as her child on her Profile page, she is my daughter. He is on Ancestry, and they show parent/child relationship DNA Match. Her Ancestry DNA came up on Wikitree,, as did mine, but not his,and I didn't understand why that was.
