Is Albert Aitken Carrier the Son of Anson Carrier?

I know that Anson Carrier, (Carrier-162) had a son, Albert A. Carrier, (Carrier-427) born about 1850.

Is there evidence that Dr. Albert Aitken Carrier, MD, (Carrier-201) born about 1850 in New York, is the son of Anson?  If so, we can merge them.
