Need help understanding 10 generation Y-DNA descendant chart

Can someone explain why this chart stops at 5 generations for my direct line when there are 7 generations entered?  The Y-DNA test for the 7th generation descendant shows on the profile for Richard Duckett (Duckett-2) and all the male Ducketts down the line.

The only other YDNA Duckett test on these profiles shows down to 7 generations in this line. All connections are marked confident and the tester's privacy level is marked as private with public bio and public family tree.

What am I missing?

edit: Duckett-758 and his test appears on the 10 gen chart his great-grandfather Duckett-115 (Joseph) and also his 2nd great-grandfather  Duckett-118 (William) but stops there.  He should continue back to Duckett-19 , Duckett-10, and finally Duckett-2.  Any help would be appreciated

Could someone from the DNA project please express an opinion on this subject?

That's weird and might be a glitch - I thought there could have been someone marked as 'uncertain' around William Lafayette Duckett (Duckett-729) but it doesn't look like that's the case.

Maybe contact info@wikitree.com?

Thanks for looking Kathleen. It is weird and does not make sense to me.  I was hoping to get some input from the DNA project on this.  I will try contacting the team as a last resort.

The problem might be answered if we could determine why the sons of https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Duckett-729 don’t appear in his direct paternal line ancestor’s Y chromosome descendant chart https://www.wikitree.com/treewidget/Duckett-10/890

Luther https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Duckett-758 appears in the Y chromosome descendant chart of William https://www.wikitree.com/treewidget/Duckett-118/890

But Luther does not show up in William’s father’s Y chromosome descendant chart https://www.wikitree.com/treewidget/Duckett-19/890

That is the crux of my question. Why do these sons disappear?  I have looked at everything I can think of  and can not find the problem.

The only thing I was wondering is if it has anything to do with the fact that William L (Duckett-729) is the grandson of Duckett-118 (paternal) and is also the grandson of Duckett-120 (maternal) Both Duckett-118 and Duckett-120 are sons of Duckett-19. Although that should not make any difference could it be confusing the system?
Peter, any ideas as to why the sons of  Duckett-729 drop off the chart?

I've looked at privacy level and connections.  What else can I check to solve this problem?
