re-linking email acount

Question

Good Afternoon Wikitree'ers,
 

As from 01 Sept. 2018 I was retrenched from my employer, from whose email account (rod@masi.co.za) I was logging into wikitree. I no longer have access to that account and have setup an account from my cell phone, (rodg1859@gmail.com).

Could someone please assist in deleting the old email account and linking it to my new account.

I am Gebhardt-352 but had to reload a profile (Gebhardt-450) in order to send this request.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I have a lot of catching up to do.

You can send an e-mail to info @ wikitree.com (without the spaces) explaining the problem and asking them to make the chance. You should remove the e-mail addresses you have put in your post to reduce the risk of receiving spam.

It appears you can log in, so if it's just a matter of changing your e-mail address, you should be able to do that yourself on the edit screen of your own profile:

If you have created a duplicate of your own profile, you'll need to merge the two profiles once you get this straightened out.

Rod, when you contact wikitree to help resolve the email issue as Lynda suggested, please advise them that you have created a secondary profile/account so that the two may be merged.
