Who can you ask a question about a Leader on Wikitree?

Question

Who can I ask a question to on Wikitree, about a Wikitree leader? Who owns Wikitree? What can I do to get help from a different Wikitree Leader than the one who is not helping me?

In addition to what Astrid and Gaile said, I've added Mentors and Leaders tags to your post so those groups of folks will see your message, and someone can offer assistance.

You might also want to explore the Problems with Members link on the Help menu. It will give you a sort of flow-chart to walk through to get the help you need.

Dona, if you look at the menu at top right of any WikiTree page, click Help, then click the very last choice - WikiTree Team.  You can contact the entire team with one message to info@wikitree.com or you'll see individual addresses for each team member.  Chris Whitten is the closest thing to the "owner of WikiTree", although he prefers the title "WikiTreer in Chief".

If you want help from a leader (or a mentor, which I suspect you're really looking for), you can select one that you think is likely to have expertise in the area you're working on and send him/her a private message asking for help.  I'm sure whoever you select will be very willing to help you.  You'll find a link to Mentors under the same Help menu at top right of the page.
