There are only 3 profiles for the Welthe, which I have seen spelled Welthy.  Wiktionary: Obsolete spelling of wealth.  Welthe Drinkwater, O dear.

Any ideas Wikipeeps?

Welthian was fashionable in England for a while in the Tudor and Stuart era.  It was an Anglicized spelling of the Welsh name Gwenllian.
WikiPeeps Rule!  I always get an answer ... and fast.  My male line is Welsh, so the name is a very appropriate connection.

Welthea is a fairly common name in English tradition. It appears to be a derivitive of that name.
