Question

Where did you get info that Moses Merrill was Roger Merrill's (b. 1755, CT, d. 1851 Ontario) grandfather?  I'd be happy to share the information I've gathered and received, but Moses was not his grandfather on any of it.  You can contact me at nsayed6266@aol.com if you wish.  I appreciate all the hard work you've put into this and would like to share if you would like.  Nancy Merrill Sayed

Nancy,

Roger is an orphaned profile. Christine, the original creator, hasn't been active since September 2013.  

She left no sources, so it's up to the Wikitree community to flesh out the details.

I have worked on his ancestors, haven't had an opportunity to find data on Roger.

My research concentrates on the Merrill's that moved to the Deep South USA.

Michelle, thanks so much for answering.  I failed to see your response until just this minute, so please forgive my delayed reaction here.  It may be that the Christine you mention was Christine Birkett, who is a distant Merrill cousin.  She may be someone that I don't know at all.  But will be happy to share, if you are interested.  Roger's father and grandfather were not named Moses, although there were Moseses in the family.  Are you from the Benjamin Merrill line?
