The short answer: Wood is a very common name and he may not be.

The long answer: without contacting the profile manager, https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Steesy-1, you may never know. He has the profile locked down extremely tightly, at Private with family tree showing, but no family tree listed. This may be because she is recently deceased or even still living (if there were no dates pre GDPR). Essentially you would need to either create a gigantic descendancy tree for Alexander (which I suggest doing anyway so that more cousins will see), or you need to contact someone. Or do some good old fashioned sleuthing.

Since you are asking about a specific individual I assume you must already have some information that suggests there may be a relationship. Your best course of action would be to contact the profile manage by private message and discuss your theory.
