Under Change Tab, where does it show the actual change that was made?

I just attempted to see "what change" was made on one of my managed profiles ... Oct 17, 2018 on profile Poile-5. Under Changes Tab is shown the fact that there was a previous edit date (10-14-2018) and a last edit date (10-1019) but ... no clue as to what the actual edit was.  Where do I see the actual edit? How can I thank someone for something that can't be seen?  Why isn't the change obvious for anyone attempting to see the relevance of the edit?  I obviously have something to learn.

Click on the link(s) shown as "John Doe edited the data ..." and another window will open that shows you the actual change.  In some cases you may need to look at a Previous Change or Next Change link.
