I saw your post and thought I could help but I am not sure about the 1862, But here is what I found on FamilySearch.org   

May B. Cole born 14 May 1893 Bethlehem, Indiana  married a Thomas Alvey b. 28 Dec 1893 in Lebanon Kentucky. on 20 March 1916 Clark, Indiana.  His parents are Wilton Alvey and Rosa Dant.    Her parents are Jacob Cole and Elizabeth Walker .  Officiator's name is Albert Eich.
