This is your Watchlist (reached by accessing a drop-down list). The little red 'M' next to a name means you manage it. If it doesn't have that, but is on your Watchlist, you are probably only on the Trusted List for that profile.
The little 'A' means Active.
When you go to it, I would recommend looking at it in Table View (much neater and in alphabetical order).
