Best answer
You can download all of the data from your matches in a spreadsheet. You can then look for specific data. The download link is at the bottom of the DNA Relatives page, "Download aggregate data".

If you just want to see who matches a specific haplogroup, you can use the haplogroup name in the "Search keywords" field in the 23andMe interface.

Please describe the benefit of downloading the paternal haplogroups of your autosomal DNA matches?
Their direct paternal line is only very rarely your direct paternal line.
