Hello Armando.

The place is near the city of Nochistlán, Zacatecas, México. It was known as "El Monte de los Duranes", "Puesto de los Duranes" or merely "Los Duranes".

There are profiles for people with the last name Durán that were born there:

They both descend from Juan Ximón Durán (1590-1673)

Those profiles can be a good starting point to look for connections to your Durán's branches.

I added the missing profiles to complete the line from Juan Ximón Durán to your second great grandmother Maria Durán. Juan Ximón Durán is your 9th great grand father through this line.
