Trying to find information on James Henry Rylee born in Dalton Georgia

Question

James Henry Rylee was born in Dalton Georgia and passed away in Southeast Missouri( Dunklin County).  He was married to Louisa V Turpin,aka,Nancy Lou.  He passed away in1905.  I really do not know anything about his parents at all but I did see his name listed on Cherokee land.
