Jonathan Barrett was born in 1731 & he passed away about 1802. 1. Per Findagrave bio: He was a Revolutionary War soldier. He was Town Supervisor of Cortlandt Manor in 1760 and was in the Census of 1790. 2. His will is dated 23 Apr 1799 and was proved 1 Sep 1802.Medal reads: "The grave of John Barrett a private in the 7th Dutchess County Militia"

There are 5 Barret's Listed in the 7th Duchess County Malitia, but they are all spelled with one t not two. Any of those names look like Uncles or Brothers?
Barret, Isaac, Jr. Barret, Samuel Barret, William Barret, Isaac Barret, Justus
Somehow this Samuel keeps coming up in this direct line
On wiki we have different parents than on find a grave however I believe find a grave is correct but needs some sources or research see his F.A.G. Link
