MCINTYRE I believe is her maiden name her tombstone in Chalk River Ontario indicates Mcintyre ....church record as well. My cousin said Janet Breen McIntyre 1911-1987.

She lived with Percy Lusty 1906-1986 , they had 5 children John , George,  Norman, Joanne and deceased but  Maureen,......not sure if Percys biological father to all of them.  Percy may have lived with a Allan and Lillian Lemon in Caledon Ontario when he was 14 years old .

Her tomstone states Janet McIntyre 1911-1987 ( Janet Breen Mcintyre )

She married a Perciville Lusty 1906-1986, both buried in Chalk River Ontario cemetary ...Forest View Cemetary

Lived in pembroke ontario in the 70s and prior to that they lived near toronto area ... they buried son George in 1983 and son John in 1985, Norman , Joanne also deceased only living daughter is Maureen June Lusty

There is a Janet McIntyre listed in the 1921 Census which may be her. It is the only Janet McIntyre/ MacIntyre that fits at age 8. That may be 1 year off but that is not unusual for census. You can search this for free at Library and Archives Canada. Go to the Census of 1921.

Is there a local newspaper in or close to Chalk River? If so it may be searchable for her obit on line. Obits give a wealth of information.
