Glen Edgar Jay Family?

I am lookin for any information about Glen Edgar Jay who was born as Glen Edgar Richardson to Claude Howard Richardson and Edith Ekman around 1906. He was later adopted by his step father Lewis Jay and because Glen Edgar Jay.

It would help if you put in any location that you know of COUNTRY .Province, Region, State, County > City, town as it's difficult for anyone to help without knowing if this ancestor is from New Zealand or Germany etc!
