How do you insert a photo into a biography or sources area?

By using the image template like this:

{{Image
|file=filename of image, something like Phillips-12844-1.jpg
|align=c or l or r (for center, left, or right)
|size=s or m or l or a number (small, medium, large, or # of pixels)
|label=what appears as a popup when mouse hovers over image
|caption=what appears below the image
|wrap=y or n (to continue text alongside image or not)
}}

Only the file value is required - the others are optional.  Put the template at the location in the biography (or source citation) where you want it to be displayed.
