Can I initiate merges for these profiles?

I came across this profile for Nehemiah Buckland with a strange group of children:

https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Buckland-662

Looking at the bios for these children, it is clear that they were created as the children of this other Nehemiah Buckland

https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Buckland-722

I'd guess the creator realized they were attached to the wrong Nehemiah and didn't know the proper procedure to "undo" the work.

I think I'm okay here, but since the situation is unusual I thought I'd get feedback:  is it okay to initiate merges between the corresponding children of these Nehemiahs (the "anonymous" ones being distinguishable from their bios)?

Yes, if the facts represent the same people, then you should merge them.  Make sure the 'into' profiles are the ones with the right Nehemiah Dad.  Also, Buckland-722 already has two Marthas for daughters.  You should probably merge them before merging all the Unknown Anonymouses.
