How can I add someone in my family tree if no one manages their profile? [closed]

This is a dumb question. I am super new to this. There is someone I know is in my tree that I would like to add. It says they are not on my list. No one manages their profile. How can I add them?

Hi Amy!

If there is No Profile Manager then you can Adopt the Profile! This will make you the manager and they will be added to your Watchlist.
