Started Pierloot family tree but got stuck in 19th century

Hi,

My name is Peter Pierloot (living in Ghent - Belgium). I started to collect info to make a family tree about the Pierloot family. So far my information stops with an ancestor called Carolus Ludovicus Pierloot (born in 1820, probably in Ichtegem - Belgium). Can you help me find more information?
