Is this old EuroAristo PPP paragraph still relevant?

As project Leaders are reviewing lists of profiles that have project protection (PPP) without associated projects, we are encountering many profiles that have a very old (c2012) notification at the top of profiles:

Under the developing rules on historically-significant ancestorsover 300-years-old we are doing expedited merges. The current manager and contact person is [________] but this is under the auspices of the European Aristocratic Ancestors User Groupso the actual manager is subject to change.

I'm seeing this on many colonial New England profiles where, frankly, I don't think it's relevant.  Is there any place where this old paragraph is still relevant?

Thanks!

No, I don't think it is relevant anymore on any profile that I can think of.  It almost certainly predates developing rules around Projects and how profiles may be protected.

I wonder if an editbot could delete such a statement or would that cause unexpected consequences?

The message might not be relevent but profiles I've come across it on have been old, neglected, unsourced with doubtful/ wrong parents.

Maybe editbot could, rather than delete it, replace the words with a category, grouping together these profiles which may be in need of improvement.
Thanks, John. That was my sense as well.

Good idea, Helen.
I've removed that language (and similar) from  a few early American profiles, but it took me a while to stop being intimidated by it.

Before unleashing EditBot, maybe Ales could generate a list of profiles with this language so they can be reviewed individually.
I like that idea even better, Ellen.
