William Goldman, Oscar-winning screenwriter of "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid" and "All the President's Men" has passed away at age 87. He also wrote one my favorite quotable films "The Princess Bride." I added his profile, but would appreciate any help with linking to the tree.

I can still quote from The Princess Bride. Classic humour.
For Halloween I got to say "I'm not a witch, I'm your wife!" to my husband. It was wonderful.
Now that’s funny!!
@Kaylinn - Very funny!

Never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line!

He was born in Highland Park, Illinois (which is Cook County, I believe), rather than "Chicago, Cook, Illinois".  (American place names are confusing enough at the best of times and I've lived here almost 20 years!)

The BBC has a reasonable article on him.

Highland Park is Lake County, but he has a Cook County Birth Certificate, so I just took off the municipalilty and left it as a county for birth place.

Bah!  I knew I'd get something wrong!  (I know Highland Park exists.  I know Cook County has a bad rep.  I know both are part of the greater Chicago area.  Mostly that's "good enough" for me, but I'm not usually wanting to explain in greater detail.  Never needed to.  :)  )

Part of what I was trying to say was: just putting "Cook, Illinois, United States" would have people looking for a town/city called "Cook".  You need to add the word County to the word Cook to avoid confusion.
