Need help with military badges and categories.

Question

My granduncle, Harvey B Giffin (Giffin-762) was a soldier most of his life. Harvey served in the Spanish-American War, the Pancho Villa or  Mexican Expedition and World War I.

I was able to get two of the categories to work but not the Mexican Expedition. Also I am lost when it comes to the badges for the two wars he served in. Can someone please take a look at his profile and help me get the proper links posted that will recognize his long service?

Click on the category on your uncle's page. The sticker is on the page. You can just copy/paste and put it under the ==Biography== with your uncle's information.

There is no sticker for the Pancho Villa Expedition. You can request in G2G that one be made or do what another person did and use the Veterans Recognition. You can include all your uncle's military service in there.

Those military stickers do not seem to have a quick and easy to them - I know I had to mess with the few I have done for quite a while - is there any way that can get easier?  I know I would recommend that there might need to be a how to on this somewhere -

The way I find things like this I use the Find menu at the top and do a Search. I put in what I want, sometimes actually using the word category. Once found I go to the pages title at the top and copy. I'll then paste it in the biography and pop the brackets around it!

I'll go look for stickers now.
