Looking on any info or links for Compton's and VanSichelaer's (VanSickle) in the Netherlands between 1620 and 1660

I am part of a small group of YDNA testers that have Richard Compton (1673 NJ - 1709 NJ) as a common ancestor.  He is believed to be the son of William Compton (Jr.), son of William Compton 1620 who was born in England and died in Gravesend, NY.  The VanSickle family also hailed from the Netherlands and were in Gravesend the time of William Compton.  They both had land dealings with Lady Moody post 1650.  There are a small number of VanSickle YDNA testers that match with Compton testers, so I was hoping someone had access to look into any connections or possible have some info available that could help tie the two families together other than proximity together in Gravesend, NY and later New Jersey.

Kind Regards,

Ryan Compton
