How to change a surname at Birth

How can somebody changed the "Unidentified" on these profiles to "unknown" ?  https://www.wikitree.com/genealogy/Unidentified  (These are not my profiles, but I did change the current surname field to Spouse's Surname for one of them to make it easier to find.)

You have to be on the profile's trusted list to change the last name at birth. So you can either contact the profile manager and ask them to make the change or you can ask to be added to the trusted list.
