Margaret Winthrop married 1653 to Richard Lyon?

The profile of Margaret (Winthrop) Lyon says she married Richard Lyon about 1653.  But the marriage source (Torrey) says that Margaret was the name of his second wife (the Margaret named in his will).

Even if his first wife's name was also Margaret, where's the evidence that she was a Winthrop?  And as I said in the comments back in 2017, she cannot have been born in Fairfield, Connecticut, in 1630, because Fairfield didn't exist in 1630.
