Which is the correct category for 1918 Flu pandemic?

There are currently two categories for the 1918 flu pandemic. Which is correct?

They need to be merged, but I do need to know the correct name.

I was kind of surprised at the structure of the first one. H1N1? I tend to think of Worldwide Disasters to cover more natural events: floods, earthquakes, etc.

The structure of the second one looks simpler to work with and fits well in the Infectuois Diseases category.
Oh, they are covering health disasters, too. There is another category in the H1N1 Pandemic, for the 2009 outbreak, but it has no members at all.

Hmmm.... Health disasters could have millions of profiles (Well, the 1918 part could, too, seeing as how many died.).

In any case, it two obviously need to be pared down to one. If it fits best under Worldwide Disasters, then it might need to be structured like the others one with it broken down into countries. What do you think?

a little bit of editing needed on text in there, the ''county''  should probably read country.

This form is what is used in the United States, each county will have its own form.

Will correct that.

The category was set up as a high level with the intent that individuals would be added at the county level for the United States and hopefully similar  locations for other countries.  The instructions are shown on the 1918 Flu category page.  It is unfortunate that that structure was not followed for the Spanish Flu category - a name that is not appropriate anyway when you read the history  and those names on that category will need to be moved.  It seems clear after reading the history that 1918 Flu is the best category.

Thank you, Philip. I figured it was the best category, and I was hoping to hear from someone in Worldwide Disasters, since they manage the pandemics categories, but I am in agreement with you.
