FamilySearch records need to be read with a critical eye, I've found. Their transcription software makes many errors, so if the original documents haven't been scanned it's almost like no record at all.
For your reference section of the profile I would still go ahead and enter the full URL for the sources you're citing - birth, marriage, death, etc, and simply add a note to each one that they need to be verified. The names of the sources without the URLs aren't much help for anyone who might be interested in following the leads. They should be in the format "Name of Source [url.of.source.com] " You can also create a new header called ==Notes== and list them there. I do this often, as a way to keep track of research.
