What does it mean when uploading a gedmatch that you ony have one dot.

Hi Linda, 

If your uncle is living you can not put his kit id on WikiTree. He would have to join as a member. See how the GDPR affected dna test information.

I am trying to add the gedmatch # to Wikitree.   I just signed in to Gedcom and I have never done that so I think it is gedmatch.  I have my uncles ancestry name and actually now 2 kit ids for him.  But I have tried everything and I can add neither with his email or mine as another id.   I have set up a profile and that didn't work so I deleted that. I can use his ids to compare. Have no clue what to do. What someone suggest does not work.
