Advice before editing this pre-1700 Mogg profile?

I have information to contribute to the profile of Roger Mogg. This is what I can add: proof of relationship on this profile I adopted (the lnab is spelled differently and I havent got "permission" for 1500's

These are the sources I am using: family search Roger Mogge's son Michell Mogge.

I would love someone to give me an example on style so I don't mess that up.  I want to have something to refer to.

Should I contact one of the pre-1700 projects or know about any style guidelines before proceeding? Thank you!

For each section you want you add == Name == then you can list each item with :: before it so it makes a list.

Example

== Timeline ==

::Born 0/0/00

::Married 0/0/00

::Death 0/0/00

then cite sources for each item

::Cited or Sources

with an asterisk to form a button style for sources

  * England birth records 1700-1800

OR

You can just list then as

== Sources ==

*Birth- "England birth records 1700-1800

*Marriage-"England marriage records 1720-1850

the help page is great https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Sources#Book

also to just look at what the previous PM did is great too.

Michell Mogge needs to be adopted.

Hope this helps, have a great day
