Please be aware people from all over the world use this site and abbreviations like you used above mean nothing to them

Naming the town, if available, the state/county/burough and the country is very helpful, thanks

The state of Missouri, United States, has posted the death certificates for 1910 to 1967 online.  I checked 1911 and did not see a William R. Harrison, but there are other middle initials listed.  Here is the list of search results for Harrison's in 1911.   https://s1.sos.mo.gov/Records/Archives/ArchivesMvc/DeathCertificates/SearchResults

If you can provide additional information, perhaps we can locate information for you.

Lucy Stewart Harrison died in Reynolds County, Missouri in 1910. She was widowed at the time which means that William died prior to 1910 as he is not listed in the Missouri deaths from 1910.

According to probate documents found on Ancestry, William R Harrison died intestate on 23 Dec 1884 in Reynolds County, Missouri.
No wonder he wasn't listed in the 1911 death certificates!  Oh well, it is fun to search.
