I may have gone a bit far on my changes. I reordered the Biography and changed it to textual paragraphs, but without losing any information. I moved the gedcom reference out of the sources into Acknowledges. Please go back to the last version if you would rather. I can read it better as ordered, textual paragraphs.I will resist doing this in the future unless asked.
Thank you so much Judy, anything that you do to these sadly neglected profiles is a huge bonus for me. I think building the Paige family should be my aim for 2019. And the way you've ordered the items is spot on. I may add some links to the census entries on familysearch, so that I can find them easily if I need to refer back to them.
I have updated to inline sources from Family Search and added information from FMP source left 1 source that was not clear and may now be superfluous. If you go to census sources it will be easy to add links to other members of the family. There are christenings for at least some of the children on Family Search.
Thank you Hilary, the profile for William is looking really good now. It will give me the inspiration needed to tackle the rest of his huge family.
Found, added and sourced a new top generation for this line of Carol's tree and added 7 siblings with a source each. And mentioned to Carol a potential additional generation which could take this line back to the 1650s. I found these sources after checking GENUKI for further information and trade directory's about East Allington.
Thank you Paula. I'd not come across that East Allington source before, so will check it out. My Paige family is starting to take shape nicely now, will get down to some serious work on this in the New Year.

I worked on her husband Gamaliel. I added categories, some bio, a family section, a military section and sources for both. He could use some more written bio and has a few children that need to be added to WikiTree.

Children added
Thank you Judy!!

E.Compton's Russell A Barnum 1780s, America
https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Barnum-2331

by A. C. Raper G2G6 Mach 5 (52.7k points)
Russell's reported death date of 1843 contradicts his being in the 1850 census.
Maybe this Russell A Barnum has a doppelganger who survived to 1850?  Honestly I have no idea where the 1843 death date comes from.
Since it is in the Bio, I added the 1850 census to the Sources.

This one is a doozie. Did anyone get anything other than negative information?
Thank you, to all who tried looking for Thomas. I was hoping the American records might have been easier to track down.

Lisa Smith's Joseph Khork 1880s, Austria, US Migrant
https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Khork-9

by A. C. Raper G2G6 Mach 5 (52.7k points)

I checked out AmericanAncestry.org's databases for Khork, Cork, and related names. No results. (I am a member of NEHGS). This does not include census records.

Have built up a reasonable bio for Joseph now, I had to resort to a few Ancestry sources as I couldn't find much on the free sites, but have added as much detail as I could find.

I added a couple of links to records for Joseph's wife - I put them in the comments as I wasn't sure about some of them

I don't have access but there seems to be a mention of Khork on this page

Eric Weddington's J Christian Shoop 1830s, America
https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Shoop-142
(Also mentioned his wife)

by A. C. Raper G2G6 Mach 5 (52.7k points)
There is a Find A Grave entry for Christian Shoop<ref>Find A Grave, database and images (https://www.findagrave.com : accessed 9 December 2018), memorial page for Christian Shoop (unknown–1908), Find A Grave Memorial no. 15523699, citing Middletown Cemetery, Middletown, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, USA ; Maintained by Glenn Koons (contributor 46555588) .</ref>  The photo is actually of his daughter Carrie's tombstone.  The area was noted as Middletown Cemetery, Middletown, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, which is the area in which the family lived.  It gives a death date of 1908.   I added it as a research note, as more documentation is needed, but it's a start/hint.

Rebecca Shoop is also buried in the same cemetery and has the same photo on her page, as well as an obituary listing children that match this family. I added FAG to her profile.

Could the 1850 census for Christiann Shoop actually be Christian? It would not be the first time that the census taker spelled a name wrong or entered the wrong sex.  Worth checking out.  The family is in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
Added a link to Christian's profile for the 1860 census.
