Dennis is right. You entered your FTDNA yDNA test today, so it should appear tomorrow. All 3 autosomal tests are showing now, they were entered in November.
Your yDNA and mtDNA haplogroups from 23&Me are currently not propagated by WikiTree. We hope that will change in the future.
Because the 67 marker test is an STR test, it cannot confirm your haplogroup, it can only predict what it will be, and it only predicts a high level ancient haplogroup, I-M253. Your 23&Me haplogroup (using a selection of SNP's) confirms that I-M253 is correct and takes it several levels farther to Z138. 23&Me apparently uses the YFull tree and calls that branch I-Z138, whereas FTDNA calls that branch I-Z139. Z138 and Z139 are SNP's currently at the same level.
Both show there are a lot more branches to be determined for you, if you test further (SNP-based testing). YFull says Z138/Z139 was formed about 4500 years ago.
Because the FTDNA yDNA result will be the only one showing, you may want to add a note to it about the deeper haplogroup you have been assigned elsewhere. Do consider further SNP testing at FTDNA!
