When it comes time to edit a LOT of profiles I've always been toggle flipping between a text or word doc to copy/paste different bits to the biography. Recently I learned of a Chrome extension called "Clipboard History." There are other programs that do similar things and I suggest trying them out to see if they can make your Wikitree experience a little easier
Whenver you copy anything, it is saved to the program. If 3 copy and pastes later, you need to access what you copied a few times back, just right click and instead of copy/paste/delete you select clipboard history and there you have a long list of all your copies. For those that you use repeatedly, just click to favorites and then that bit will always be available.
I've saved to my favorites my bio template and now whenever I open a bio to edit, I don't have to go looking for the document where my template is, just a right click, to clipboad favorites and its right there.
You can save all of your most used templates {{unsourced}}, project boxes, stickers, etc., very useful for categories and for data doctoring & other Wikitree tasks that are repetitive in nature. Its like having your text doc shortcuts embedded into your mouse!
Give it a try, let us know if it works for you!
Edit: Thanks Linda for the tip - you can set the default to "favorites" if you want to only see favorites in your menu.
