Hard-to-read word in a 300 year old document

Question

Can anyone tell me what the word is in the inventory in entry 86 here:

in the last line of accounting when it says "Besides what he is to have in _____ after his father and mother decease which amounts to fifty pounds five shillings."  I'm wondering how to fill in the blank.  (Also, is this saying that neither of his parents are deceased?  I may need to fix a death date.)

Comparing to other letters in the document, it looks to me like "reverstion" or "reversion".

Yeah, they mean "reversion" but the spelling is a little funky. It's a legal term, probably implying that the father and mother have some kind of life estate that reverts back to him when they die. And yeah, it implies they were alive at the time of the inventory.

Maybe Roborfron. I know that Roborfron was a surname found in England so maybe there's a connection there?

Reverscion.  As Ben says, it is a legal term (and that was how it was spelled).

Yeah, I think Ros got it right: "Reversion". 

From Merriam-Webster: the part of a simple estate remaining in the control of its owner after the owner has granted therefrom a lesser particular estate. 

I do not believe this implies his father and mother have already deceased; further evidence on each of their profiles suggests they were both still living in 1703.
