The Windsor Warriors are excited to be participating in WikiTree's first ever Scan-A-Thon in 2019. This is the thon where you scan in photos, documents and other memorabilia onto profiles to help increase the look and the sources for these profiles. N.B. There is a limit of ten images per profile.

We'll be kicking off on 11 January at 8 AM (ET) and and will  finish on Monday 14 January at 8 AM (ET). (Eastern Standard Time is GMT -5.) The gang will be there doing the hangouts as usual to keep you up to date with how things are going and to hand out some great prizes.

You can sign up for the Scan-a-thon here. Make sure you answer the question rather than leaving a comment. This is where you'll also need to say which team you'd like to be on (we have room!!! :p)

Above all else we're looking forward to having another fun weekend hanging out together. Hope you'll join us!

I'm sorry I am only able to make these few contributions during this Scan-a-Thon, which are the pages of a homemade magazine, Boy's Nature Magazine, which my Uncle Sid (Sidney Knowlton Vaughan) gave me, telling me that he and his brother (my father, William Knowlton Vaughan) had created as children:

Wilderness Willy
 1. cover
 2. 1
 3. 2
 4. 3
 5. 4
 6. 8

Silver Sid
 1. 3b
 2. 5
 3. 6
 4. 7
 5. 9
 6. 9b
 7. 10

"There can be only one, MacLeod!"

Sorry, I couldn't resist! LOL

Thank you for accepting me on your Team. I checked my relationship to all of the members of our Team, and only found a genealogical relationship with you, Susie. We are apparently both 18 Xs great grandchildren of John Booth; I am apparently descended from one of his sons, and you from one of his daughters.

Unfortunately, after skimming through the Scan-a-thon rules, I am afraid I will only be able to score 20 points, for ten scans each, related to my father and his brother. Better than nothing, right?

Hi cousin!

I'll have to look at that link and add it to my profile! And yes, absolutely, quality over quantity for this thon. We're looking to have a lot of fun with it. Did you get the invite to the Discord chat?

Susie :-)
I ran a search for "discord chat," but this question was the only hit, so I guess I didn't get invited to the discord chat.
