You probably have the details of their immigration, records show that they arrived in Quebec on 27 May 1912 aboard the Pisa (embarked from Hamburg, Germany). Birth dates for both abt 1887. Maiden name Schneider.

The 1921 Canada Census has them living in Alberta, Canada with the following household members (Amanda died in 1919):

Ernst Meyn 42
Eva Meyn 23
Ludwig Meyn 15
Adolph Meyn 12
Holdina Meyn 9

There is an Ernst and Eva Meyn enumerated in the  Victoria census district, Alberta (Section 20, Township 54, Range 20, Meridian 4W) in Census 1921.

Ernst is given as Russian, but the ethnniicity of his father is listed as German. Immigration year is given as 1912.

Eva is also given as Russian, but with a Polish father. Her year of immigration is the only one in the family given as 1903 so she is probably a second wife of Ernst.

Between the enumerator and the transcribers at Ancestry the children are a bit of a mess there are a number of corrections on ages, birth places - I also think the transcribers may have mistaken "given name middle name" for "different surname, given name".

The record can be viewed at Ancestry.com (free subscription may be required): http://interactive.ancestry.ca/8991/1921_011-e002866306/6719048?backurl=http%3a%2f%2fsearch.ancestry.ca%2fcgi-bin%2fsse.dll%3findiv%3d1%26db%3dCanCen1921%26rank%3d1%26new%3d1%26MSAV%3d1%26msT%3d1%26gss%3dangs-d%26gsfn%3dernst%26gsfn_x%3dNN%26gsln%3dmeyn%26dbOnly%3d_F0007989%257c_F0007989_x%252c_F00079D5%257c_F00079D5_x%252c_83004005%257c_83004005_x%252c_83004006%257c_83004006_x%252c_F000798B%257c_F000798B_x%252c_F000798C%257c_F000798C_x%252c_F000798D%257c_F000798D_x%26uidh%3dn36%26pcat%3d35%26fh%3d0%26h%3d6719048%26recoff%3d%26ml_rpos%3d1&ssrc=&backlabel=ReturnRecord

I would also be willing to bet that the same family (with wife Amanda not Eva) is enumerated in 1916 at Township 54, Range 21, Meridian 4W and has been indexed by Library and Archives of Canada under the surname Myers. The names align (except for the wife and children born after 1916), the ages correspond, the ethnicity and immigration year also agree.
